ABSTRACT
Organizational growth usually results from successful projects that typically generate new products, services, or procedures. Top managers aim for better business results. Managers are increasingly aware of the need to do projects, programs, and operations to transform their strategy into execution. The general consensus from customers was while they loved the wealth of data available to them, they had many ideas on how they could make it easier to use the data more effectively. The key is to have the right processes in place to collect the right data and ensure that the data is of good quality. Predictive analysis is often defined as predicting at a more detailed level of granularity, for example, generating predictive scores for each individual organizational element. Prescriptive analysis not only anticipates what will happen and when it will happen, but also why it will happen. A bubble chart is a type of chart that displays three dimensions of data.
