ABSTRACT

Spiradenoma is a benign adnexal tumor of apocrine origin usually presenting on the head and neck area as a solitary nodule. It may also arise in the context of an organoid nevus, and multiple forms have been described in patients affected by the Brooke-Spiegler syndrome. Concerning the dermoscopic aspect of spiradenoma, only two case reports described these features to date, reporting a grayish-bluish hue and whitish areas in one case and a structureless pattern with blue clods and branched vessels in the other.
