ABSTRACT
The utilization of RF MEMS devices and some implementation techniques will be discussed. Examples were chosen to illustrate the variety of applications in which RF MEMS can be used. Circuits included are phase shifters, tunable filters, oscillators (both fixed and voltage controlled), and reconfigurable matching elements and antennas. Some of the examples include how the RF MEMS devices were packaged.
