ABSTRACT
Few guideline or report focuses on SSBTBF, which deserves new attention on investigation of it. Although simplified concentrated plastic hinge analysis are usually calibrated and verified using distributed plastic-zone analytical benchmark models, full-scale frame testing is still required to verify the analytical benchmark solutions and obtain a convincing practical models using for design.
