ABSTRACT
Sensor nodes are cheap, small, resource constrained devices. E¡ective applications require decisions to be made, and actions to be taken, cooperatively by large groups of nodes. Ÿere are many good reasons:
• Nodes are placed in the immediate vicinity of a chaotic environment. Many nodes will be destroyed in the course of a mission.
