Sustainability is becoming a significant component of operational and competitive strategies in an increasing number of companies. The idea combines economic, environmental, and social aspects of activity of an organization. All these concepts aim to preserve or build up human capital, and they represent a conscious way to deal with human resources. This contemporary approach to running business caused changes in the way the functioning of basic processes and, more importantly, because of it support processes are perceived with some reference to production equipment maintenance.
