ABSTRACT
The current article aims to analyse the interventions of innovation in the potiguar (from the state of Rio Grande do Norte-Brazil) handicraft products through design using concepts and methods of ergonomics, based on three design workshops given between 2005 and 2009 in the Association of Craftsmen of Lajes PintadasAALP, located in the municipality of Lajes Pintadas-RN, Brazil.
