ABSTRACT

In computer vision, pose estimation means to identify specific objects in an image and to determine each object’s position and orientation relative to some coordinate system (Saquib Sarfraz and Hellwich 2010; Li and Pedrycz 2014). It can be considered as the process of determining the object reference frame with regard to the camera reference frame, giving certain measurements of the object in both frames (Van der Linde and Watson 2010)J. In this study, we focus on the face pose estimation.
