ABSTRACT

In any field, standardization plays an important role and is the basis of the field, a means to regulate economy and trade.At the same time,the concepts of standardization also emerge.Literature[1] points out that the definition of “standard” given by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) as ongoing correction, and says that the definition of digital publishing standards is to ensure to get the best orders and results in the digital publication production, supply, sales, and development of digital publishing in existing or issues that may arise need to develop common rules and reuse of work processes between the digital publishing industry and related industries, including the development of digital publications related content, platforms, management and copyright standards, publishing, implementation and amendment of a series of processes. Standardization of the publishing industry is to ensure to get best orders and results in the digital publication production, supply, and sales between publishing industry and related industries and establish the rules for the common and repeated use of actual or potential problems in publishing activities. So digital publishing is built using high technology such as computer technology, communication technology, network technology, streaming media technology and so on, using digital binary techniques to change all aspects of the publishing logistics (such as editing, printing, distribution, etc.),in the network on the platform, generating a

digital database of transmission of digital information content,which makes digital publications with information transmission network logistics, distribution and virtualization, data integration, digital products, communication and reading digital features.
