ABSTRACT
The construction of e-government is to cover the depth and breadth in China, the business application systems of various places and departments are just unfolding, but the system is independent and lacks unified data_sharing and transfer mechanisms, which seriously restricts the business collaboration and data-sharing of government information. For this reason, e-government urgently needs to explore the construction of comprehensive business collaboration system-engineering modes, which is a long-term, cross_regional, and multi-department project. Based on the common problems, it can form a unified application cluster platform which is used as a basis for developing a unified collaborative application system for each department.
