ABSTRACT
Biologically active amines or bioactive amines are organic bases of small molecular mass which express high biological activity. They are formed during normal metabolic processes and fulll a number of important metabolic and physiological functions in all living organisms. They are known for centuries and still attract considerable interest in food, biomedical, and environmental researches.
