Intrinsic Viscosity of Polysaccharides

The intrinsic viscosity of a polymer can be considered as a measure of asymmetry and is independent of concentration (see Kyte, J., Structure in Protein Chemistry, 2nd edn., p. 278, Garland Science/Taylor & Francis, New York, 2007).
