ABSTRACT
The author visited the Shenyang Institute of Physical Education in May 1994. The institute was established in 1954 and is one of the six institutes that operate under the jurisdiction of the All-China Sports Federation. The institute recruits athletes and students from Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and Mongolia.
