ABSTRACT
John Mok had just finished his guest speech on “Nurturing Entrepreneurship in the Next Generation” at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Being a renowned entrepreneur in the manufacturing industry, 1 he had enjoyed a successful entrepreneurial career and intended to step down from daily business operations. Succession was no easy task, let alone laying a foundation for entrepreneurship across generations. Scores of questions were asked by the participants regarding the innovativeness of Automatic Manufacturing Limited (AML) and his elaborate scheme to develop the entrepreneurial spirit across generations.
