ABSTRACT
The ‘spectre of globalization’ is haunting the world and it manifests today in two forms: first, in ‘neoliberal economic globalization’; and second, in ‘armed globalization’, which is today well represented in so-called ‘preventive wars’ as is the case in Afghanistan and Iraq.
