ABSTRACT

In this case study, Ms. Mulawka was struggling due to the lack of involvement of her teacher’s aides or paraeducators. She had students with significant needs yet not enough staff during class to instruct and elicit learning and improvement. She provided a training with the support of two of her best paraeducators. This training went over very well, and when she trained some peer tutors, her classes went much more smoothly and she felt good about her teaching.
