Norms of Inquiry in the Theory of Justified Belief 1

Standard arguments for epistemic relativism typically appeal to the existence of distinct but equally legitimate standards of rationality. My argument, by contrast, argues by appeal to differences in what I will call the norms of inquiry. While the resulting relativism is mild, it should be of interest nevertheless.
