ABSTRACT
The chapter centers on nationalism and the transnationalism articulated in indigenous academic and literary work. It underlines the key gatherings in Abiayala that have brought together poets from various indigenous nations. It draws from contemporary literary criticism and names the work being done by these native networks a trans-indigènitude poetry project. It analyses the work of three indigenous women who participate in the making of this process.
