ABSTRACT

I have often been told that the writing process never ends, it's just that writers decide to stop. That's really true, and it's now time for me to conclude this phase of my work with Turbulence Theory. It has been a challenging and highly rewarding assignment that has pushed my thinking, and I am grateful. More importantly, it has given me the chance to attempt to help hard-working educators in an area of great need, namely to better understand and work with the turbulent challenges and opportunities surrounding all of us. I hope that this book has turned out to be the useful field guide that I promised it would be in the Preface.
