ABSTRACT
This chapter wraps up the volume by adding a sense of perspective. In order to do that, it relates the contributions to earlier work about British media discourse in Europe, and appraises the book’s approach to broader ideological issues. The chapter concludes with reflections on the potential impact of critical discourse studies.
