ABSTRACT
The important finds in paleoanthropology were coming repeatedly from Northeast Africa (Kenya and Ethiopia) to the point where it seemed like they were the best place for a fossil hunter to really hit pay dirt. However, the place of recent interest is South Africa, thanks to paleoanthropologist Lee Berger. In this chapter, we shall discuss one of his great discoveries; that of Australopithecus sediba.
