ABSTRACT

Boundary agreements, frequently known as boundary line agreements, although often inappropriate, perhaps even in violation of legal requirements, offer another set of footsteps. If appropriate, they may provide evidence of a line, if not inappropriate, then they are obviously nothing more than a misleading set of footsteps that need to be dealt with and possibly done away with. Unfortunately, some of them become a legal matter and must be dealt with through the court system, taking time, and unnecessarily costing money to third, or otherwise subsequent, often unsuspecting, parties.
