Negative ion appearance potentials and peak of the ion yields for n-C4F10 are shown in Tables 139.4 and 139.5 (Spyrou et al., 1983). Bold letters indicate the most abundant ion.
Thermal attachment rate coefficients are shown in Table 139.6. Table 139.7 and Figure 139.1 show the electron attachment rate for n-C4F10 as a function of mean energy in a buffer gas of nitrogen or argon.
