ABSTRACT
Whether the lower extremity is serving as a donor site, a recipient site for a vascularised tissue ap, or the subject for lymphatic surgery, a safe, accurate, and cost-effective imaging strategy is necessary to prevent potential complications of foot ischemia and to nd aberrant anatomy that might change the surgical procedure. In this chapter, multiple imaging modalities are described.
