ABSTRACT
The title of this chapter may dismay or confuse some who will insist that not all kidnappers are terrorists. This is undoubtedly true; however, I learned the methodology as such and understand that all terrorists, with the exception of suicide terrorists in the section about escape and all criminals, must follow this methodology to achieve their goals. Understand that this is real and works in all cases.
