ABSTRACT
When the use of shotcrete will not affect the finished product of the building as described above, it is considered a means and method of construction, and as such will be used only at the general contractor’s discretion. A differentiation between which walls are shotcreted and which are cast with double-sided formwork is not commonly indicated on the construction drawings.
