ABSTRACT
First responders are a special breed of people. ey have serious and important jobs and careers, and literally save the lives of ordinary citizens on a daily basis. e rewards are mostly internal and even career responders never become wealthy on their public salaries. With each type of response comes varying levels of excitement, danger, liability and challenges. All over the world, people face crises on a daily basis and when they need assistance, the ¤rst responder community always answers the call.
