ABSTRACT
The main objective of clinical efforts is an increasing patient safety in treatment processes. Therefore well education is one of the most important issues in clinical work systems worldwide. ln the past 20 years simulators has been established, particularly in Anesthesia Education Programs. Simulation training improves not only technical-skills of lhc medical experts; it also aims for better quality and safer treatment processes. But it is not sufficient to train only the medical staff members on the personal level. Patient safety can only be improved in a safely designed overall system. In this work a connection between education programs and patient safety is used and expanded to a system ergonomic education concept. All stakeholders of clinical environment arc considered in this new systematic approach to guarantee a safe clinical work system, therefore a better patient safety.
