ABSTRACT
We present an overview of the issues in each of the areas covered by the first sections of this book. Then, we present a task analysis of the current system followed by a redesign of the system for an older user. Keep in mind that these redesigns are conceptual and intended to be used for content and process idea but these designs have not been tested on users.
