ABSTRACT
The word team usually brings sports to mind-the Yankees, the Packers, the 76ers. Maybe team brings to mind a group of draft animals yoked together for farmwork. If the center—elder does not chase down ¥y balls, then the other eight players may not be able to compensate and the team will lose. If one of the draft animals is pulling in a different direction, then the wagon will not get pulled in the right direction. The same is true for a business team. Success depends on the extent to which the group is organized and works together. One slacker on a business team can lead to failure for the entire team.
