ABSTRACT
Data play a crucial part in statistical inference. The type of data one has, determines the type of statistical analysis needed. The methods of analyses performed on one type of data may not necessarily be applicable for other types of data. Further, one needs to have clean data, one without any outliers (observations that do not follow the pattern of the bulk of the data) and holes (chunks of missing observations).
