ABSTRACT
In the previous chapter, we discussed the meaning of statistics and how one can use that information to facilitate a study with good results. In this chapter, we dene data and categorize them in such a way that appropriate and applicable statistical analyses may be performed given a specic category of data. We also address some issues of sampling and the signicance of normality.
