ABSTRACT
As in many other test and measurement fields, the use ofmixed-signal electronics in impedance measurement setups is increasing. Mixed-signal electronics give the interface between the analog part of the instrument (analog electronics and electromagnetic components), which drives the excitation signal and senses voltages and current on the impedance under measurement, and the digital signal processing unit.
