As the information contained in this text comes together in this conclusion, it is exciting but also difcult to look into the future. In the recent past, a large segment of the food industry did not see the value of a structured management system. In today’s world customers and consumers are demanding a safe food supply compared to possibly in the past assuming we had a safe food supply.
