ABSTRACT
After a long period of use of reinforced concrete, some defects and problems appeared in various concrete structures worldwide, repudiating the idea that the main advantage of using concrete is that it will not need maintenance because it is a durable material. The presence of defects after various periods of time depends on the structure type and the surrounding environmental conditions.
