ABSTRACT

A sport product is something that is produced which is bought or sold in the sporting goods industry. Usually, tangible products are referred to as “goods,” while intangible products are called “services” or the “experience.” A sport service is the process of providing quality, value, and satisfaction to the sport consumer. Intangible products also include “indirect goods,” in which customers have the opportunity to stylize tangible products as they wish. Intangible services involve providing a quality standard work, an offering, and/or duties generally expected by the sport consumer. These traditional services are provided to enhance the experience.
