ABSTRACT
We have talked earlier in this book about the importance of paying close attention to what children are doing in order that a programme of learning can be planned. In this chapter we look in more detail at how you can document children’s progress-primarily for your own professional needs, but also to meet the requirements outlined in ‘The Next Steps’.
