ABSTRACT
Within the framework of this volume, specific chapters have presented a comprehensive treatment program geared to a particular developmental stage. These are also summarized in the last chapter. At this point, I would merely like to touch on some of the specific therapies or recommendations themselves and briefly discuss the concept and efficacy of the multimodal treatment model.
