ABSTRACT

This chapter discusses the literacy leadership team (LLT) will conclude the evaluation and provides a recommendation. The facilitator of the LLT will post a chart paper in a visible location in the room for participants to place their sticky notes on. The leader of the LLT will read the group norms out loud. In school administrators' small groups, discuss areas that are working well and areas that could be strengthened. The leader of the LLT can go around to each table and ask how the groups are doing. Any group that is struggling to collaborate positively should work together with the facilitator of the LLT to resolve conflicts.
