ABSTRACT
Song for a Departed Sister is a text based on Wŏlmyŏngsa’s song for his deceased sister. This song is a ten-line hyangga, and its contents can be divided into three sections. The last section is headed by an expression of emotion. These attributes are typical of other hyangga as well.
