By now you have completed the Core. You have a new organizational design that is geared towards innovation. You have established a guided vagueness approach so that the right people have the right incentives and goals while letting go of the idea that we must be able to predict everything. And finally, you have adopted a bias for action and are built for speed so new ideas can be tested quickly and inexpensively.
