ABSTRACT
This chapter provides an executive summary of the case study carried out. Information regarding the technological university that participated in this research during July-August 2017 is also provided as well as why this BIS university was selected. Chapter 3 also describes the participants’ profiles and the research methods and methodology selected. Furthermore, this chapter provides the data analysis, the philosophical stance, and ethical considerations that underpinned the first study.
