ABSTRACT
At the center of our work are relationships, including the relationship we have with ourselves. These relationships matter in our supervision, and strong relationships allow us to create space where we can engage in challenging and stressful dynamics and work in partnership. We connect on how systems of oppression show up in our work and actions (and/or how we continue to invest in systems of oppression). We must trust each other to develop authentic relationships.
