ABSTRACT
The Rainforest Jungle environment is very suitable for involving the students in helping to make the elements of the jungle and to help set it up. The impression of a jungle is created by strips of material hanging from a camouflage net. Low-level stage lighting adds to the atmosphere. Having stage lighting and being able to black out a room gives opportunities for many effects, but it is also possible to create different lighting effects with simple domestic lamps. This chapter provides information on the materials required and instructions for creating the Rainforest Jungle environment. It also presents an example of how this environment has been used.
