ABSTRACT
If motivation is movement towards the goal the people identified as the aim they seek, and if their universe is in a constant state of movement, and if they are merely objects in space, then surely physics as a field of study can help the reader utilise the natural physical laws that govern movements of objects in space. Internal forces are explained by many theories most famous of them all is Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. External forces are imposed upon the people by our society, community, parenting, systems and values around the people. To be intrinsically motivated means to execute a task or perform an activity because of an inherent satisfaction arising from it rather than due to some separate outcome. To be extrinsically motivated means to execute a task or perform an activity to attain some separable outcome. The more the force applied on the people to act and move the more they move.
