ABSTRACT
Chapter 3 is a short interlude that explains in more detail the decision to focus on students from Vietnamese and Cambodian backgrounds for this research. It provides contextual information on Indo-Chinese migration to Australia and research internationally with these refugee communities. It also introduces the eight case study participants and outlines some key similarities and differences in their experiences.
