ABSTRACT

Congratulations! You have now completed your entire house. You have a sturdy foundation that holds your new house. Your high and clear expectations helped you get the house of your dreams, and you are so happy to now be living in it. One day, while still in your “new house bliss,” you go upstairs and hear your bathroom faucet leaking. It is just a slow drip, so you don’t think anything of it. A few weeks go by, and you realize the leak has gotten progressively worse. You promise yourself that you will call a plumber the next chance you get. Life got a bit crazy which made it harder for you to find time to call the plumber, but you weren’t worried because you knew that the leak would be fine. It’s just a small leak, right? Well, it’s a small leak until you walk into your living room after a weekend away and you have a water spot in the ceiling from the leak upstairs. Although it started as a small leak, since it wasn’t taken care of, it turned into a big problem.
