ABSTRACT

This conclusion presents some closing thoughts on the key concepts discussed in the preceding chapters of this book. The book explains about turning intention into reality. It demonstrates that when a coherent approach is applied with persistence and consistency over time it can deliver results. Systems Leadership may not guarantee success, but it does give “the benefit of foresight”. The book aims to see improved educational opportunities for all young people. If this is to happen then schools and colleges must be designed in a way that enables learning. The tools of Systems Leadership are based on established principles underpinning human behaviour. Using Systems Leadership along with other established professional practices, they have persevered and achieved great outcomes not just for themselves but for the young people in their care.
