ABSTRACT
Adjectives are words that express a characteristic. They agree with the noun in gender, number and case. E.g.: https://www.niso.org/standards/z39-96/ns/oasis-exchange/table">
Buvo labai gražus oras.
‘It was very fine weather.’
Jie vaikščiojo tuščiomis miesto gatvėmis.
‘They walked in the empty streets of the city.’
Mergaitės buvo visai mažos .
‘The girls were very little.’
Some adjectives have a neuter form (see 3.2).
