ABSTRACT
This chapter provides a systematic corpus analysis of the communication of nutrition health risks by different industrial sectors in the global Chinese-language digital database and the PRC Chinese digital industrial news database. Both databases are derived from Factiva’s global news database which contains a very large amount of digital news sources including licensed publications, influential websites and multimedia.
